Associate Product Manager – Finance Tech

About the role

The Associate Product Manager – Finance Tech will drive product outcomes for the BrewDat platform’s data engineering domain, working closely with finance stakeholders, global process owners, and engineering teams. This role focuses on delivering scalable data products that create business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for data ingestion, transformation, and serving layers.
• Translate finance and global tax priorities into actionable roadmaps and manage the product backlog.
• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering squads in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Measure adoption, platform performance, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership.
• Proven experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Exposure to finance, analytics, data platforms, or enterprise technology products is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Boards.
• Understanding of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as data ingestion, transformation, pipelines, and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
