Associate Product Consultant

About the role

Cvent is seeking an Associate Product Consultant to join its Client Services team. In this role you will support customers using Cvent’s Event Management software, helping them configure events, answer product questions, and adopt best‑practice solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to clients, addressing product inquiries and technical issues.
• Share best‑practice recommendations to improve meeting attendance through Cvent’s marketing engine.
• Gather and document client requirements for future product releases.
• Create and maintain product documentation and user guides.
• Implement and manage the online components of client events as needed.
