Associate - Packing & Visual Inspection

About the role

The Associate – Packing & Visual Inspection works in a sterile manufacturing environment, handling the operation of packing machines, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all visual inspection activities meet strict quality standards. The role supports production continuity by following standard operating procedures, documentation practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing and visual inspection machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of the visual inspection and packing areas.
• Execute all packing‑related activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain accurate logs for the general area as required.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and complete training as per TNI requirements.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Immediately report any observations or disturbances related to documents or machines to the supervising staff.
• Adhere to cGMP, Good Document Practice, and departmental discipline.
• Conduct line clearance activities before starting operations.

Required profile

• Education: ITI, Diploma or Graduation.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or packing within sterile production environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs, training schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Understanding of cGMP and Good Document Practice.

• Machine operation in a packing/visual inspection setting.
• Cleaning and sanitization procedures for production areas.
• Preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
