Associate – Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Oracle Services Practice in Kolkata. You will work on Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, helping clients optimise finance operations across modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects for Indian clients.
• Analyse client requirements, configure finance modules and ensure compliance with India localisation features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems from strategy through execution.
• Provide constructive feedback, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity, follow risk management and compliance procedures, and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
• At least two successful implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP finance modules in the Indian market.
• BTech degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
