About the role

We are seeking an Associate to support day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth workflow across internal teams and external stakeholders. The role combines operational support, data handling, and client interaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Support daily operational tasks and assist the team in executing assignments efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain seamless processes.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, documentation, and data entries with accuracy.
Analyze data, generate insights, and communicate updates to senior team members.
Assist in project management activities, including planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard procedures.
Respond to client or customer queries professionally and promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
