About the role
The Associate Manager, Automation Architect will lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of automation and intelligent automation solutions across the organization, primarily covering the APAC time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable automation solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and security requirements.
- Build, test, deploy, document, and maintain RPA/RDA and workflow automation solutions using UiPath, REFramework, Python, Power Automate.NET and related technologies.
- Assess business processes to identify opportunities for RPA, AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, IDP, and process mining.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define value propositions, and plan implementation approaches.
- Support and maintain automation standards, architecture reviews, code reviews, lifecycle controls and knowledge transfer.
- Continuously optimize existing automations for reliability, performance, scalability and user adoption.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentorship to developers and automation engineers.
- Facilitate workshops, architecture discussions and technical presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; relevant RPA/automation certifications valued.
- 9‑12 years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, including REFramework.
- Minimum 2 years of people‑management or team‑leading experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
