Associate Investment Banking – Infra Advisory (Mumbai)

About the role

PwC’s Deals Corporate Finance team in Mumbai is looking for an Associate to support infrastructure advisory transactions. You will work on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financing deals, providing strategic financial advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitch materials and proposals for deal sourcing.
• Develop complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions.
• Create information memoranda, teasers and valuation analyses using relative valuation, DCF and replacement cost methods.
• Compile investor long‑lists, manage outreach and respond to investor queries during marketing and due‑diligence.
• Conduct industry research, market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Support the execution of transactions from initiation through to completion.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
