Associate Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, result‑oriented Associate Human Resources Generalist to manage end‑to‑end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and HR strategy. The role works closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and ensure HR best practices are applied across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations such as employee onboarding and exit formalities, maintain records, handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, support organisational development initiatives and provide workforce analytics.
• Handle employee grievances confidentially, promote a positive work environment and support engagement and retention programmes.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
