Associate - HR Systems

About the role

The Associate - HR Systems will support the HR department by managing and optimizing key HR platforms. You will ensure accurate employee data, drive process automation, and contribute to the organization’s digital HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records using HR data management best practices.
• Optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement HRIS architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by applying process automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement data security best practices.
• Analyze system performance to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging HR technologies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems or HR data management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
