About the role

We are seeking an Associate – HR Systems to manage and optimise our HR technology landscape. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee data, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records through effective HR data management.
• Optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement HRIS architecture aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead HR digital transformation projects by leveraging process‑automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and implement best practices for data security.
• Analyse system performance to identify opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging HR technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR systems or related HR technology roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
