Associate – Government & Public Sector Transformation

About the role

This Associate position is part of PwC's Government and Public Sector Transformation Management practice within Advisory services. The role supports federal, state and local government clients in improving operational efficiency, security and data management while driving sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Identify primary Agriculture Credit Societies in the state for computerisation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather state‑specific requirements and communicate them to the Central PMU and system integrators.
• Provide management and technical support during project implementation and post‑implementation phases, including preparation of MIS reports.
• Monitor implementation progress, follow up on issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate capacity‑building activities for state teams.

Required profile

• Proactive and effective in handling multiple client engagements.
• Ability to take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Comfort working under the guidance of a Central PMU and reporting to state‑level authorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
