Associate – Generative AI – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to design and lead enterprise‑scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate AI strategy into production‑ready platforms that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver multi‑agent systems, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI copilots and enterprise knowledge assistants.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI product development from ideation through production deployment.
• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and governance processes.
• Build scalable AI platforms using cloud‑native services and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and design reviews for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps and implementation plans directly with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of technology experience, including 3 + years focused on Generative AI or LLM engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex AI projects and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
