Associate – GenAI Data Scientist / Python Developer

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate who will work as a GenAI Data Scientist and Python Developer. The role focuses on building, deploying, and optimizing generative AI models to help clients improve risk, compliance, and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, and VAEs.
• Optimize and fine‑tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Deploy models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Develop and validate predictive models using machine learning techniques.
• Write clean, efficient Python code, build data pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Present model performance and insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in generative AI model development and deployment.
• Experience working with cloud environments and MLOps workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
