Associate – Finance Transformation (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to join its Finance Transformation Advisory team in Gurgaon. You will work on projects that help clients redesign their finance operating models, improve processes, and align finance functions with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing finance processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to capture requirements, risks, and improvement opportunities across people, process, technology, data, and controls.
• Design and document future-state finance operating models, including process maps, RACI matrices, and service level agreements.
• Support the implementation of digital tools, ERP systems, financial consolidation platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Contribute to change‑management activities and talent development initiatives to ensure successful adoption of transformation recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of core finance processes and associated risks.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and translating findings into actionable designs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
