About the role
We are looking for an Associate Engineer IT ETD Site Support to maintain essential IT operations, provide 24/7 on‑call assistance, and ensure system uptime across lab, data‑center and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain operating systems, security tools, servers, laptops, desktops and related software/hardware for various lab teams.
- Provide 24/7 rotational on‑call support and ensure SLA compliance for all tickets.
- Classify incidents, monitor systems to prevent downtime, and collaborate with engineers to resolve or escalate issues.
- Manage incident and problem resolution, perform trend analysis, and support continuous improvement of support processes.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
- BTech or MCA degree.
- Ability to learn and use multiple utilities and tools for operations monitoring and alerting.
