Associate Director of Product

About the role

EazyDiner, India’s leading dining and restaurant reservation platform, is seeking an Associate Director of Product to drive high‑impact initiatives across its consumer app, restaurant platform, payments integrations, loyalty programs, and growth funnels. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution to shape the next phase of the product ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and growth targets.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Optimise user journeys on mobile and web to improve booking conversion, payment success, and repeat usage.
• Lead A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and data‑driven experimentation.
• Manage integrations with banks, payment partners, and loyalty ecosystems, building scalable tools for restaurant partners.
• Mentor product managers, establish robust PRDs, sprint planning, and execution frameworks.
• Set north‑star metrics, create growth dashboards, and translate business problems into product solutions.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech, marketplace, fintech or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling mobile‑first products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
