Associate Director – Electrical Engineering

About the role

As an Associate Director at AECOM in Gurgaon, you will lead engineering efforts on mid‑ to large‑scale infrastructure projects. You will provide specialized technical input, ensure quality, and present complex solutions to clients, shaping the delivery of critical built‑environment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer on mid‑ to large‑size projects, overseeing design and execution.
• Provide specialized technical input and expertise for studies and design efforts.
• Approve and sign off on engineering work, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Perform quality‑control reviews of work produced by team members.
• Present complex technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop technical proposals and provide accurate budget and schedule estimates for large projects.

Required profile

• 15–20+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
