Associate Director - BIM (Energy)

About the role

Join AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team as an Associate Director – BIM (Energy) in Bengaluru/Gurugram, leading complex BIM and plant data assignments across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments using platforms such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, etc.
• Provide leadership and direction for BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
• Develop technical solutions to difficult problems and determine approaches independently.

Required profile

• Diploma/BE in Electrical & Electronics with over 14 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in Civil 3D and ME urban infrastructure design, preferably dry utilities design in consulting firms.
• Strong communication skills in English and experience managing BIM & CAD teams.
