Associate Data Streaming Solutions Developer

About the role

Airbus India’s Digital team is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Data Streaming Solutions Developer to join the Kafka ecosystem team in Bangalore. You will work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, collaborating with highly motivated colleagues to deliver low‑latency data streaming innovations for next‑generation digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the Confluent Kafka platform, including KSQL, KStream and Kafka Connect.
• Perform L2 monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with development squads to design and implement data‑streaming use cases.
• Maintain infrastructure as code with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible or Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with hands‑on experience in Confluent Kafka administration.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability and DevOps best practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore and communicate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
