Associate Data Research Analyst (Hybrid, Hyderabad)

About the role

The Associate Data Research Analyst will support Berkadia’s data‑driven platform by conducting research on commercial real‑estate companies and improving data quality across the organization. Working within the Data Governance Office, the role combines manual data handling with analytical tasks to ensure accurate, reliable information for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data research on companies operating in the commercial real‑estate sector.
• Enter and update information in the data management platform manually or via interfaces.
• Review and enhance datasets through fuzzy matching, linking, mapping, cleansing and standardisation.
• Collaborate with the Data Research Lead to deliver timely and accurate research outcomes.
• Identify patterns and trends to improve data integrity.
• Prepare reports and datasets to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in a coordinated team focused on mastering data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, MBA or related field).
• 0‑3 years of experience in data collection, research, analysis or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow organisational policies.
