About the role

Patine Law Offices is seeking two Associate Counsels specialized in litigation to join its Delhi team. The role offers substantive exposure to complex civil and commercial disputes, providing an opportunity to develop courtroom expertise and independent case management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Appear in court, represent clients, and present arguments effectively.
• Participate in strategy conferences and develop litigation tactics.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.
• Collaborate with senior partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience as an advocate or litigation lawyer.
• Strong courtroom foundation with proven advocacy skills.
• Excellent drafting abilities and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
• Delhi‑based candidates only.
