Associate – Corporate & M&A Practice

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Corporate and M&A practice. The role involves supporting high‑profile transactions and providing comprehensive legal advice across corporate, employment, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in M&A transactions, assisting in preparation, negotiation, and full‑transaction support.
• Conduct legal due diligence as part of project teams.
• Set up companies and other corporate entities in Ukraine and internationally.
• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and advise clients on corporate, contractual, employment, investment, securities, and regulatory issues.
• Assist in restructuring existing business models and structuring investments.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a law firm with solid knowledge of civil, corporate, and employment law.
• Ability to draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondences.
• Fluent oral communication in English and Ukrainian.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, and research capabilities.
• Proactive, client‑oriented attitude with a willingness to build a long‑term career.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
