Associate Consultant – Systematic Review Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Associate Consultant to join Trinity’s Evidence Strategy team within the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) practice. The role focuses on systematic literature reviews that support biotech, pharma and medical‑device clients in evidence planning, value creation and real‑world research.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute systematic searches of databases such as PubMed and Embase.
• Develop and refine search strategies and PICOS inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Screen, select and extract data from identified studies.
• Synthesize findings and prepare evidence‑based reports, summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with global team members and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, actionable recommendations.
• Support project budgeting, mentoring and, where appropriate, employee management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience applying systematic review methodologies (e.g., PRISMA) in a consulting or industry setting.
• Proficiency with reference‑management tools such as EndNote or Zotero.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written communication for preparing reports and presentations.
