About the role
The Associate Consultant will join Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Deploy projects that help clients manage fraud, risk, and digital payments transformation. You will work across multiple industries, guiding strategic change and delivering measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high‑impact projects, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
- Apply accredited project and change‑management methodologies to drive client outcomes.
- Analyze cards and payments portfolio performance, benchmark results, and translate insights into product and commercial recommendations.
- Develop deliverables and workstreams for large, complex initiatives across diverse cultures and problem statements.
- Report on issues, risks, progress, and provide credible solutions to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong program and change‑management expertise.
- Understanding of cards, payments, or adjacent financial products.
- Ability to manage inter‑dependent workstreams and deliver measurable improvements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for client interaction.
