Associate Community Manager

About the role

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for an Associate Community Manager to nurture and grow its vibrant consumer community. You will be the voice that connects fans to the brand across social platforms, turning everyday interactions into lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to community inbound messages on all social channels, addressing fan queries, creator content, and emerging trends.
• Proactively reach out to audiences to boost brand awareness and foster brand love.
• Escalate consumer issues to relevant channel leads and coordinate with the customer service team on orders and promotions.
• Draft responsive copy based on inbound volume and trending topics.
• Engage actively by liking, commenting, and replying to social media conversations.
• Identify new content opportunities and trends for social channels.
• Provide weekly reports on community insights, trending conversations, comments, and complaints.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and the beauty industry landscape.
• Excellent editorial voice with a bias for rapid, action‑oriented responses.
• Curiosity to spot emerging cultural and content trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including customer service and marketing.
