Associate Brand Manager – Performance Footwear

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to help build Avant, Cult’s performance footwear brand, into one of India’s most loved brands. In this role you will work across brand marketing, content, creator partnerships, campaigns and collaborations to drive awareness, engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, PR and offline channels.
• Develop campaign narratives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring them to life.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and key brand moments.
• Partner with Growth and Category teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive brand impact and business outcomes.
• Work with Creative and Social teams to create platform‑first content and manage the content calendar from ideation to publishing and performance tracking.
• Stay ahead of trends, cultural moments and consumer behaviour to keep the brand relevant.
• Build and manage Avant’s creator ecosystem, executing influencer campaigns, barter collaborations and paid partnerships.
• Identify and nurture relationships with athletes, trainers, creators and fitness communities, measuring creator performance and optimizing collaborations.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness, training, running, sports or wellness and alignment with Cult’s mission to make India move.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen sense of cultural trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Creative, Social, Growth, Product, Category and PR teams.
