Associate Analyst – Vendor & Item Management

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Analyst to support our online merchandising team in India. The role focuses on onboarding vendors, managing item data, and ensuring a seamless product lifecycle for our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and maintain accurate vendor information.
• Collaborate with suppliers and merchants to set up new items and manage the item lifecycle.
• Monitor item health, enforce business rules, and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to synchronize product information.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation in online merchandising.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and merchants for product data issues.
• Partner with offshore teams to execute onboarding, maintenance, and clean‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
