Associate Analyst LPM – Contract Management (Walk‑In)

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring an Associate Analyst for Legal Process Management (LPM) focused on contract management. The position is based in Bangalore and follows a US‑shift schedule (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Conduct quality checks and analysis of contractual documents.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms and interpret contractual language.
• Prepare low to mid‑complexity agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Professional Services Agreements, amendments, donation letters, event sponsorships, and art services agreements.

Required profile

• LLB degree (minimum 5‑year course).
• 2‑4 years of experience in contract management or related legal functions.
• Immediate to 30 days notice period.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site three days a week.
• Strong legal analytical, review, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to legal databases.
