Associate – Aerospace & Defence (A&D) – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Aerospace & Defence advisory practice in Gurgaon. The role focuses on project portfolio management and supports strategic consulting engagements for government, defence and private‑sector clients across the aerospace and defence ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Work with government organisations, defence PSUs, armed forces, OEMs and startups on strategy, transformation, technology and manufacturing projects.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity identification and industry analysis for aerospace, defence and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Support business case development, investment analysis and growth‑strategy formulation.
• Assist in defence ecosystem development, localisation, offsets, supply‑chain and industrial participation initiatives.
• Manage project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive project outcomes.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Interest in aerospace, defence, homeland security and advanced manufacturing sectors.
