About the role
KPS Advocates, a multi‑practice law firm headquartered in Gurugram, is seeking a motivated Associate Advocate with 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience. The role involves supporting senior lawyers in litigation, drafting, and client representation across various practice areas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare legal drafts, agreements, and court documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Appear in court for hearings, arguments, and cross‑examinations.
- Assist senior advocates in litigation planning and case management.
- Represent clients under supervision during court proceedings.
Required profile
- Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1 year of post‑qualification experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong legal acumen, court craft, and ability to handle arguments.
- Proven experience in court appearances and cross‑examination.
