Key responsibilities

• Mentor peers, junior faculty, and PhD scholars to boost collective research output.
• Secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
• Lead patent filing, intellectual‑property development, and commercialization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry collaborations worldwide.
• Contribute to university ranking metrics (NIRF, QS, THE) through sustained academic visibility.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Proven record of high‑impact Scopus Q1/Q2 publications.
• Demonstrated success in obtaining research grants.
• Strong publication metrics (H‑index, citations) will be a primary evaluation factor.
