About the role

Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic academicians for Assistant and Associate Professor positions in the fields of Management, Law, and Liberal Arts. The role focuses on high‑impact research, cluster leadership, and contributing to the university’s global ranking and reputation.

Key responsibilities

Conduct original research leading to publications in Scopus‑indexed Q1/Q2 journals.
Lead and mentor a research cluster, guiding peers and PhD scholars.
Secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
Drive IP creation, patent filing, and commercialization of research outcomes.
Establish strategic academic and industry collaborations worldwide.
Enhance institutional visibility and rankings (NIRF, QS, THE) through sustained scholarly output.

Required profile

Ph.D. in Management, Law, or Liberal Arts.
Proven record of high‑impact Scopus publications (preferably Q1/Q2) and research grants.
Strong citation history and demonstrated research leadership.
