Assistant Vice President - Tax Reporting CoE

About the role

As an Assistant Vice President in the Tax Reporting Centre of Excellence, you will oversee direct and indirect tax compliance for corporate, trust and partnership structures. You will work closely with external service providers, tax consultants and internal global stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely tax filings.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate direct and indirect tax returns for corporates, trusts and partnerships.
• Liaise with external service providers, tax consultants and internal stakeholders to gather required information.
• Ensure accurate and on‑time submissions to tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual compliance calendars, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Communicate tax issues and recommendations to senior leadership and peers.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate accounting qualification (e.g., CA).
• 10‑12 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in global taxation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tax projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong tax research and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
