Assistant to Student Visa Counsellor – Application & Visa Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant to support our Student Visa Counsellors in delivering a seamless study‑abroad experience. You will handle day‑to‑day application tasks, coordinate with students and partners, and help maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist counsellors with daily counselling and visa‑application activities.
• Communicate with students about required documents, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Collect, verify, organize, and maintain student documentation.
• Support preparation and processing of university and visa applications.
• Update student records in the CRM/database regularly.
• Follow up on pending documents, offers, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams as needed.
• Schedule counselling sessions and ensure smooth communication.
• Stay informed about study destinations, universities, courses, and admission criteria.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional and positive attitude when interacting with students and parents.
• Ability to learn the full study‑abroad counselling and application process.
