Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support daily restaurant operations at our Bengaluru location. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help ensure high standards of service, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house collaboration to maintain smooth service flow.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Monitor inventory, support inventory management, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and uphold the brand’s service standards.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and help achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in hiring, team coordination, and providing performance guidance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, menu knowledge, and basic inventory practices.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bengaluru, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
