Assistant Project Manager – Civil

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support civil‑focused projects in Mumbai. The role will assist the Project Manager across all phases of delivery, from brief and design through construction, hand‑over and close‑out, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Monitor daily site execution, manage documentation and reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for client review.
• Review deliverables from design consultants, vendors and contractors and provide feedback.
• Support the Project Manager with project set‑up, tendering, procurement and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Post‑graduate qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in a construction consultancy in India.
• Proven experience with PEB structures and industrial projects.
• Strong technical understanding of civil engineering concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
