Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective classroom teaching and academic mentoring for B.Ed. students.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods.

• Engage in research activities, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Support student guidance, internships, and teaching‑practice supervision.
• Manage the institutional library, maintain academic resources, and ensure proper cataloguing and digital library management.
• Assist faculty and students in research activities and resource acquisition.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks.
• M.Ed. with at least 55% marks.
• Qualified in the National Eligibility Test (NET).
• Qualifications as per NCTE/UGC norms for teacher‑education institutions.
