Assistant Professor – Management & Business Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a research‑driven Assistant Professor to teach and mentor PGDM students across multiple management domains, including finance, business analytics, marketing, operations, hospitality, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. The role combines classroom instruction, curriculum development, and active research.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures and training to PGDM students in your area of specialization.
• Design and regularly update course content to reflect current industry tools, trends, and best practices.
• Maintain an active research agenda and publish in reputable peer‑reviewed journals.
• Mentor students on projects, dissertations, internships, and career development.
• Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental initiatives.
• Strengthen industry linkages through guest sessions, live projects, and corporate engagement.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (awarded) in Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, in accordance with AICTE/UGC norms.
• Demonstrated record of quality research and publications in WoS, ABDC, or Scopus Q1/Q2 journals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior teaching experience or relevant industry experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
