Assistant Professor

About the role

The university is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and conducting scholarly research in the fields of Management or Accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Management/Accounting.
• Engage in research activities leading to publications in reputable journals.
• Prepare question papers, evaluate scripts, and contribute to curriculum development.

Required profile

• Ph.D., MPhil, or General MBA/MBA in Management/Accounting with a minimum 4‑year BBA (or equivalent) from a public university.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00 (or First Class) and SSC/HSC GPA of 4.50/5.00 (or equivalent).
• Teaching/research experience: at least 1 year for Ph.D. holders, 2 years for MPhil holders, or 3 years for Master’s holders.
• At least four scholarly publications, with a minimum of one published while serving as a lecturer.
