About the role
Feathers Closet is seeking a passionate Assistant Merchandiser to support its fast‑growing fashion brand. You will work closely with design, production and operations teams to ensure collections move smoothly from sampling to market.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and production units to manage sampling, approvals and timelines.
- Assist in product development, sourcing, and maintain purchase orders and production records.
- Track inventory requirements, product availability and ensure timely deliveries meeting quality standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain merchandising documentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of merchandising experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims and garment production processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
