About the role
The Works Quality Engineer ensures product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process at Bosch Rexroth India. You will act as a quality champion on the production floor, collaborating with manufacturing, engineering and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, monitor and maintain quality control systems and procedures at all production stages.
- Develop, implement and maintain in‑process quality control plans.
- Identify, analyse and resolve quality issues efficiently to prevent defects and reduce waste.
- Ensure products meet design specifications and customer expectations.
Required profile
- Promising and dynamic professional with a strong interest in manufacturing quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
