Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Godrej Properties Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth in the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative high‑performance culture.
• Identify and utilise diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and educational partnerships.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expertise in sourcing and hiring.
• Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools and technologies.
• Promote Godrej Properties as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and representation at industry events.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics to drive data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
