Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Data Scientist

About the role

Bosch is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer to drive digital transformation in its manufacturing plant. The role focuses on implementing and supporting value‑stream digital solutions, leveraging data science to improve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Mine and analyse data from plant databases to develop predictive models and custom algorithms.
• Lead digital‑solution projects, from planning and budgeting to milestone tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate benefits of AI/DA technologies to senior management and plant staff, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators such as cost savings, technology adoption, and project implementation counts.
• Promote the adoption of latest digital technologies and ensure effective integration within manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modelling, and digital project delivery within an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and change‑management skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of manufacturing regulations and standards related to digital technologies.
