Assistant Manager - Security

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Security will support the execution of security operations across Adani Group’s port and logistics sites. The role aligns daily activities with the broader security strategy, ensuring the protection of assets, personnel, and cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in aligning daily security operations with strategic objectives and provide operational insights.
• Support implementation of SOPs and ensure effective execution of security processes.
• Participate in patrols and monitor premises using CCTV systems, documenting activities.
• Oversee access‑control operations, manage visitor access cards, and report deviations.
• Monitor traffic and cargo security, performing vehicle and cargo authorization checks using GPS and RFID tagging.
• Act as a support responder during emergencies, crises, and incidents, following established response plans.
• Stay updated on digital and AI advancements to enhance security practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations or a similar role.
