Assistant Manager – Remediation

About the role
The Assistant Manager will join the Remediation team within Global Business Services. You will apply analytical and project‑management expertise to resolve Transaction Reporting breaches, collaborating closely with Compliance, Operations and Technology.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis for remediation projects, from problem definition to implementation.
- Gather and document requirements, create and execute test plans, and ensure business readiness for system changes.
- Perform thorough due‑diligence on identified breaches, documenting root cause, impact and remediation actions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive timely resolution of breaches.
- Maintain oversight of ongoing breach monitoring and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple remediation projects.
- Effective communication skills to work with Compliance, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
