About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our R&D team to support the design, costing and production of distribution boards and customized electrical products. The role combines technical design work with project coordination across vendors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate and cost distribution boards and other customized products.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Creo.
- Release orders and upload BOMs in SAP for sample and production runs.
- Develop both standard and customized DBs at vendor locations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date design documentation for all standard and customized offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IEC standards 60269, 61439 and 60947 (desirable).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with IEC 60269, IEC 61439, IEC 60947 standards.
- Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and Creo.
- Working knowledge of SAP for order processing and BOM management.
