Assistant Manager - Project Planning & Implementation

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Project Planning & Implementation will lead the creation and maintenance of detailed structural and building drawings for telecom sites. Using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, you will translate client inputs into accurate 2D/3D models and BIM documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop preliminary, detailed design and as‑built drawings for telecom structures, shelters, and antenna mounts.
• Apply SOPs to produce structural, building, and site layout drawings in DWG, PDF and BIM formats.
• Perform structural design, assessment, and strengthening analysis for towers, monopoles, and foundations using Indian and international standards.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and models, ensuring compliance with client standards.
• Prepare Bill of Materials, technical documentation, and dynamic CAD blocks.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AutoCAD (2D drafting, annotations, blocks, Xrefs) and Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and version control of CAD files.
• Understanding of telecom infrastructure concepts (2G/3G/4G/5G) and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret client specifications, survey data, and site photographs.
