Assistant Manager – PMO (IT Compliance)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – PMO will join the ITG Transversal Compliance IT team within BNP Paribas India. Reporting to the Business Management team, the role focuses on implementing and governing PMO activities related to data governance, headcount, financial management and stakeholder coordination across the IT compliance landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control IT budgets, cost plans and forecasts in collaboration with delivery leads and project managers.
• Manage invoicing processes, validate invoices against contracts and budgets, and raise alerts on risks or deviations.
• Oversee the IT compliance project portfolio, ensuring data management, governance adherence, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and timely reporting to the CIO and steering committees.
• Prepare and maintain BCP and BIA documentation, consulting SMEs and aligning with group standards.
• Coordinate with Group and Central PMOs to align the ITG v6 framework and cascade updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong financial knowledge with proven analytical and budgeting skills.
• High attention to detail, agility and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience working in virtual, multidisciplinary teams within an international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
