About the role

Accor is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an F&B outlet. This entry‑level position offers a clear path for growth within a global hospitality brand, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive attentive, high‑quality service from arrival to departure.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and conduct regular inventories.
• Drive revenue through upselling techniques and monitor financial performance.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Control outlet costs in line with budgetary targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Organise team schedules, conduct briefings/debriefings and promote multi‑skilling.
• Maintain guest history, recognise VIP and repeat guests, and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Oversee point‑of‑sale (POS) operations, ensuring accurate order taking and equipment usage.
