Assistant Manager – Operations & Facility Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the efficient operation of site facilities, overseeing multiple functional areas to ensure smooth daily activities. This role is pivotal in coordinating office, vehicle, security, and guest house services while maintaining statutory compliance and staff welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site office operations, including space allocation and administrative support.
• Oversee vehicle fleet usage, maintenance schedules, and driver coordination.
• Supervise security protocols, access control, and incident reporting.
• Administer guest house services, ensuring accommodation standards for visitors and contractors.
• Ensure statutory compliance across all operational domains.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Facilitate staff and worker welfare programs, including facilitation of amenities and support services.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple facility functions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Malayalam language is an advantage.
